En tal sentido, H. Dubric define a la VISIÓN, no como un punto de vista aislado del ser humano, ni como una proyección imaginaria subjetiva, que se pueda tomar como verdadera, tal cual, como es el punto de partida de la formación profesional en estos tiempos, que pretenden obtener con los pobres diseños conceptuales y racionalistas, lo que es la VISIÓN ESTRATÉGICA, siendo que por esa vía, es imposible adquirirla. Por eso es, que los cambios –denominados drásticos por algunos- existentes en el planeta en los asuntos políticos, sociales y desastres naturales, los ha dejado estupefactos, sorprendidos, sin saber qué hacer y todo ese muro de “seguridad” que mantenían, se resquebraja, llevándolos a la incertidumbre, cayendo en manos de esos “visionarios subjetivistas” que no comprenden lo que es en sí, el derecho natural, y sus leyes.
