Obras Gerenciales de H. Dubric presentes en la FILU 2012

Desde el próximo 15 hasta el 24 de junio se estará desarrollando en el Centro de convenciones Mucumbarila de Mérida 
una nueva edición de la Feria Internacional del Libro Universitario (FILU 2012) en su XV edición, con la participación de empresas dedicadas a la producción editorial y venta de libros que por espacio de una semana expondrán sus productos a la gran cantidad de merideños que visitan esta gran muestra.

Las nueve obras del  Empresario venezolano  y escritor de temas gerenciales H. Dubric, estarán  presentes  en la Feria Internacional del Libro Universitario (FILU 2012) que se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Mérida, Venezuela.

En el marco de tan importante evento estarán a disposición del público las obras del empresario venezolano, asesor de empresas e investigador H. Dubric, quien colocó al debate público, la fórmula para la formación de un nuevo ejecutivo: “Se necesitan ejecutivos y empresarios, que sepan pensar con el corazón y sentir con el cerebro”, pues los tiempos que se avecinan serán cada vez más críticos.

  

H. Dubric, es un  escritor Venezolano de temas Gerenciales, que ha asombrado a propios y a extraños desde el año 1.990, cuando escribió su primer libro «Nacimiento de un Nuevo Ejecutivo», el cual creó cierto asombro en los «entendidos», por las aseveraciones convincentes y directas para el siglo XXI, el cual condesó en éste su primer libro.

«Ciertamente, quienes piensan que la virtud no es coexistente con los Negocios, son aquellos que olvidaron, que el dinero es un simple valor de intercambio psicológico y no un valor REAL. Convirtieron los Negocios en una “maraña”, donde puede ocurrir todo tipo de delitos y demás ilícitos, vulnerando así todo principio». .

«Muchos presumen que los objetivos y la toma de decisiones correctas a futuro, pueden ser logradas por analizar el entorno y se dan el tupé inclusive de afirmar que ellos saben hacia donde quieren ir. Suponen que las proyecciones pueden lograrse si se motiva al equipo y se realizan esfuerzos para alcanzarlas. Conjeturan, que lo que ellos llaman «creatividad» e intuición les sirve para responder efectivamente en cualquier evento no previsto en la parte estratégica. Ya estamos viendo los resultados en el planeta y ¿Cuales son los resultados?»

 

« ¿Cómo hacerlos comprender que por el lugar que van es imposible obtener ese futuro que tanto anhelan? ¿Cómo hacerlos REFLEXIONAR que nadie que esté preso de sí mismo (por el EGO) jamás de los jamases podrá vislumbrar lo que se avecina?… Entonces, ¿De qué Visión efectiva hablan?»…
